Lucia G. Lebens Lucia Lebens joins mCapitol Management as Vice President. With offices in Washington, D.C. and Chicago, the firm forges effective relationships at all levels of government and business throughout the United States and internationally. Prior to joining mCapitol, Ms. Lebens served as Deputy Chief of Staff to United States Senator Norm Coleman. In this position, she served as one of Senator Coleman's key advisors on issues relating to strategic messaging, public policy coordination, process development and constituent service outreach. She also served as the primary office liaison to the United States Senate Committee on Rules and Administration and the Select Committee on Ethics. Ms. Lebens has served with Coleman since 1999, beginning when he was Mayor of Saint Paul, Minnesota. As Deputy Chief of Staff, Ms. Lebens was a key member of the Senator's executive leadership team. As Vice President with mCapitol, Ms. Lebens' areas of focus will include agriculture, education, healthcare, homeland security and business development. A native of Afton, Minnesota, Ms. Lebens received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
