mCapitol Management joined with a leader in global infrastructure development and local partners to aggressively pursue the Program Management role for a major city’s Combined Sewer Overflow Long Term Control Plan, valued at more than $1.5 billion. Due to the successful relationship developed through the procurement process, mCapitol Management was asked to maintain involvement with the program during implementation phases.

Our team was engaged to assist with a procurement contract for one of the world's leading planning, engineering and program management organizations. Due to existing relationships with key decision-makers, mCapitol Management was able to assist in securing the contract resulting in a $197 million highway interchange design contract. mCapitol Management was asked to maintain a contractual relationship with this organization to assist with other local and state government contracting opportunities.

mCapitol Management was retained by the nation’s leading builder to assist in the pursuit of contractual opportunities surrounding the development of a new Airport Authority’s Midfield Terminal Project, a $1 billion program. mCapitol Management provided strategic advice in regards to the political climate and key decision-makers, resulting in this company being awarded a Primary Construction Management contract.
