John D. Milne John D. Milne brings over 30 years of experience in government affairs to mCapitol Management. Prior to joining mCapitol Management, he was a Principal in a prestigious Washington, D.C.-based government relations
firm. Additionally, Mr. Milne served as Director of Federal Government Affairs for 3M in Washington, D.C., where his Mr. Milne's 3M experience also included government affairs and strategic planning at the state and local government level. He managed sales and marketing operations for 3M’s Traffic Control Material Division in the highway safety markets. As Marketing Director, Mr. Milne’s responsibilities included management and oversight of political consultants, as well as management of sales valued in excess of half a billion dollars with state, federal and local governments. During his tenure at 3M, Mr. Milne developed extensive relationships with state governors and legislators, as well as members
