mCapitol Management coordinated the delegate selection plan for several clients including the National Education Association, the AFL-CIO and the American Federation of State and Municipal Employees with a presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee for its national convention. mCapitol Management ensured that the unions were adequately represented through the slating process of each state.

Our team has also managed the Democratic National Committee and the Association of State Democratic Chair’s state party modernization programs. mCapitol Management reviewed and analyzed the management, operations, techniques and technology of each state party in order to meet the grassroots and communications demands of state-of-the-art campaigns. Additionally, mCapitol Management developed state-specific plans as well as a national coordinated plan and oversaw their implementation.
